AutomateJet is an AI and automation studio based in London, United Kingdom. This page explains what information we hold and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details, such as name and email address, and any information shared when getting in touch.
• For clients using our apps: account login details and the information entered into the app, used only to provide the service. Clients remain the owners of their business data at all times.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and deliver the services requested.
• To operate, maintain, support and securely back up client apps.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

AutomateJet does not sell, rent or disclose personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services, or where required by law.

Where it is stored

Information is stored securely with trusted, established cloud providers who follow strict data protection standards. Any data handled outside the UK is protected by UK-approved safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, individuals can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and in some cases a copy of it or a restriction on how it is used. Requests can be sent to hello@automatejet.com and will be answered within one month. Some information may need to be kept where the law requires it, for example for accounting records.

Complaints can also be made to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
